Summer Volunteering

Summertime is the best time for students to join in and give back to their community. HOPE Clinic seeks to empower our future healthcare leaders by providing dedicated individuals a chance to work together with our healthcare team to learn more about community needs. Through service and leadership training, we hope to give our summer volunteers a deeper connection to the Houston community!

Program Overview

The Summer volunteer program is a condensed experience where individuals will be asked to commit a minimum of 8 service hours per week towards their matched volunteer program. The program is set to run between the months of May - August. Volunteers will be provided with a standard on-boarding experience which will include an interview, orientation session, volunteer trainings, and opportunities for leadership trainings. A celebration may be held at the end of this experience to recognize and reward exemplary volunteers that go above and beyond the call of duty.
